Project 5: MSC Direct is one of the largest industrial equipment distributors in the world headquartered in New York USA.
Customer Migrated it’s Finance Module from Legacy AS400 to SAP S/4 HANA 1511 early this year(2017) and Mindtree is the Run Partner for SAP. Mindtree successfully closed the Books for Financial Year 2017 with a good customer satisfaction.
Reconciliation between Legacy AS400 and SAP was done manually by downloading huge volumes of Data in Excel. This is currently replaced by S/4 HANA Custom Application for Reconciliation.
Mindtree implemented this project successfully using S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics and won a huge applaud from customer for it’s quick and bug free delivery.

Project 14 Brady Corporation is a manufacturer of products for identifying components used in workplaces. Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, It employs 6,600 people in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
It supplies lot of custom materials to its customers. These materials are from both the categories Make and Buy. For managing these materials, follows Variant Configuration. Every material has a VC material associated with it. After the creation of Sales documents (Quotation and/or Order) the planning team creates various masters, does standard cost estimate and creates pricing conditions. The masters include material master, BOM, routing, Purchasing, Info Records.
This activity is time consuming and takes around 2 days for planning team. Hence, there was a need for automating the same.
