Major Job Responsibilities:

Know the principle of performing basic surveys such as leveling, traversing, topographic surveys, construction surveys, Horizontal and vertical control survey and as-built surveys.

Coordinating and supervising fieldwork for a variety of standard types of surveys.

To prepare / supervise preparation of all data, charts, records, etc and to record the results of land surveys and features.

To verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at various sites/projects.

Preparing internal and external reports as required.

Supervising all survey team.

Have knowledge of familiarization with general applications of computer-aided drafting (CAD).

Creation of coordinates from drawings and plan reading and preparation.

Coordination of design element obtained from professionals and format into final drawings.

Train personnel in all aspects of fieldwork, stake marking for a variety of standard types of Surveys.

Plots field data, using survey computer programs, constructs maps, and prepares reports.

Maintains records and prepares report appropriate to the classification other non- essential functions as required.

Coordinates findings work of engineering and architectural personnel, client and others concerned with project.
