• Designed, Directed & Implemented Corporate Wide Business Continuity/Risk Management Program. Partnered with Executive Management, Business Development, Legal, HR, Facilities, EHS, Lab Safety, to unify Business continuity, establish oversight of contracts & investigation process, compliance, audit programs, and BC & contingency plans to address daily, incident & event management resulting in culture of resiliency and inclusion.

• Launched Travel Tracking and Life Safety Program. Forest did not have travel tracking or life safety (medical) program for international/domestic travel. Integrated crisis/emergency management practices and resources, and built corporate global travel security and safety program for 2500 associates and 3000 mobile workforce. Established security threat assessments/emergency action teams to assist relocating, safeguarding and extracting executives during emergencies.

• Improved Emergency Communications. Increased clear, direct lines of communications to senior/executive management during emergencies. Created and facilitated corporate training and awareness, building understanding of crisis management. Integrated program format/reporting into day-to-day operations, increasing awareness prior to incidents/emergencies and reducing impact of surprises.

• Boosted Life Safety Management. Assumed direction of all life safety management upon joining Forest. Reengineered limited contingency plans. Created, implemented and managed All-Hazards Emergency Action Plan. Built site incident management and emergency response teams in partnership with Facilities, EHS, HR and Legal/Security to meet regulatory requirements in two countries, five states, seven counties and three major cities. Consultant, SAIC, 2007 to 2009. Contracted with $10B Emergency Management Training Company as Certified Center of Domestic Preparedness Instructor. Prepared and delivered training in EM. Established more than 240 qualified trainers that met DHS-CDP qualifications in 14 states, receiving letters of commendation.

• Delivered Crucial Training. Joined SAIC as one of the first instructors of the DHS-CDP Eastern Mobile Region Training Team. Course leader/Primary Instructor, delivered EM training in 14 states to more than 400 different agencies from law enforcement, Fire, EMS, hospitals, utilities, municipalities, universities and private corporations. Wrote and facilitated safety officers program, established OSHA safety guidelines, safety training, and course curriculum/training within DHS guidelines.
