Customer Support Manager/Field Service Representative - 1992/2003 Fairchild/Dornier Aerospace

Lead program management for 30 turbo prop Dornier 328 aircraft operated under Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 121 for US Airways Express Division in Dayton, Ohio, and 10 jet powered Dornier 328 aircraft for Skyway Airlines in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Established and negotiated $11 million per year power by the flight hour program for maintenance services and parts.

Validated proper $1.1 million per year Maintenance Cost Guarantees (MCG) were calculated and carried out per the contract.

Analyzed reliability of fleet, recommend solutions, and report delay and cancellation causes to engineering and vendors and ensure contractual performance of vendor products. Fleet reliability of 328JET rose to over 99% completion factor.

Reduced costs of maintenance through investigation of problem systems and coordinate vendor participation of product improvement.

Provided 24-hours-7 days a week technical expertise in support of maintenance and inspection crews. Provided on-site training of over 200 Airframe and Power Plant mechanics in systems, structures, Service Bulletin implementation, and manuals.
