1. Organisation : GMR ENERGY LIMITED

Job Profile:

Presently Working as Manager in GMR ENERGY LIMITED, Angul, Odisha with a total capacity of 1050 MW (3X350 MW) in Operation & Maintenance Department.

To Plan, Organize, Coordinate, Supervise & Control the Mechanical Maintenance of Turbine & Auxiliaries Area.

Major Overhauling of TG Set like TG Bearing inspection, LP Turbine rotor inspection & all necessary measurement as per OEM manual.

Overhauling of BFPT Turbine Bearing, rotor & Stop/Control Valve inspection as per OEM manual.

Overhauling & physical inspection of MS Stop, Control & IPSV Valve.

Maintenance of major auxiliaries like TDBFP, MDBFP, CEP, Vacuum Pump, CCCW Pump, Cond Makeup Pump etc.

Condenser bullet cleaning, HP Heater eddy current test, Chemical cleaning of lube oil & hydrogen cooler etc.

Regular inspection of static equipment’s like HP, LP heaters, Deaerator, condenser, MOT & hydrogen System.

Maintain equipment availability greater than 96% & minimize generation losses due to TG & Auxiliaries.

Attend day to day defects (through notifications) with proper work permit & safety certificate.

100% adherence to Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.

Hydraulic & Lube oil system reliability checking. Experience in Hydraulic pressure setting, Seal & pump replacement as per requirement.

Worked on Hot Air Duct Guillotine (Mullion Seal) & Twin Flap type gate (Double Seal) for 100% Hot Air Isolation.

Involved in Boiler Maintenance and its Auxiliaries like Boiler Tube Leakage & Failure Analysis in different area of Boiler.

Prepare the spare list from drawing, manual, document for O&M spare & develop the indigenous spare to reduce cost & time.

Lead the SAP team & successfully implemented the SAP-PM Module for the whole plant. By coordinating with other dept provide the SAP-PM Module input data Sheet.

PM functional configuration with consultant, testing, data migration activities for SAP Asset Management using PM functionalities.

Responsible for creation of Maintenance Plans, their Scheduling and Deadline Monitoring, including maintaining Task Lists.

Responsible for SAP MM Module Implementation with the help of MIDAS material codification system.

Responsible to raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for all plant spares & consumables for day to day maintenance needs.
