Ensure safe entrance of confined space, check the atmosphere of the confined space before the employee enter and training requirement.

Inspect all the manual, check the colour code and date of inspection by the electrician.

Ensured that fire blankets are kept in place during hot work.

Make sure that the work area has been protected with fire screen to contain the sparks.

Ensured the conduction of weekly HSE toolbox talk to remind all workers of expected working practices and behavior to be observed.
