The Riverside Behavioral Health Community Partnership- a state wide partnership of six community health centers, that collaborates with ACOs (Accountable Care Organizations), MCOs (Managed Care Organizations), and other providers to ensure better coordinated care for enrollees with severe mental illnesses as well as substance use disorders.
