Pirhl is a full-service developer, general contractor and owner of high quality single-family and multi-family housing, annually performing $30M-$40M in construction volume.

Senior Project Manager/Senior Procurement Manager

Responsible for budgets, job cost control, schedules and quality of construction projects. Duties included estimating, negotiating with subcontractors/vendors, writing and signing contracts, developing and updating detailed CPM schedules and implementing quality control programs. Hired and supervised multiple Superintendents and clerical staff.

Managed bidding and construction of Washington Square Townhomes, a project consisting of forty-two (42) apartment and townhouse units with passive house design in multiple buildings with a clubhouse, in Chambersburg, PA.

Bid, negotiated and constructed The Trails at East Loveland, consisting of sixty (60) apartment units, in Loveland, OH.

Renovated four hundred sixty-four (464) apartment units at Clovernook Apartments in Cincinnati, OH, with a construction budget of $20M.
