Handling End to End Recruitment process.

Understanding the requirements shared by Delivery Heads, Develop effective sourcing strategies, source candidates from a wide variety of resources (database, internet, job board, referrals, networking, etc.) to increase candidate pools.

Pre-Screening resumes of IT professionals/ IT consultants according to client requirements.
