• Slashed down 385 DBS and Immigration checks on new employees within 48 hours. I worked closely with our employment law firm to manage visa checks and work authorization process for associates residing in the UK.

• Senior staff leaving their jobs (9 managers and 6 deputy heads) all in the same month. Within a week I and my team successfully recruited 6 managers and 3 deputy heads and ensured early years settings were running smoothly.

• I worked with my HR colleagues to identify ways to further share resources, create efficiencies and develop synergies in the HR function- Implementation of HR SharePoint access for HR Department- to improve efficiency at work and to improve existing processes.

• Effective Management & work allocation from the HR Shared Services mailbox, ensuring a prompt accurate response is provided within 48 hours. Manages HRIS systems (local and corporate), performs data entry, and ensures accuracy of data for all workforce/employee changes

• For Performance Management: Provide support in the reviewing, tracking and completion of performance evaluations for classified and unclassified staff. Administered psychometric tests on employees and gave them effective feedback and evaluations alongside Head of People.

• Implemented systematic internal communication programs to encourage open, transparent communication through the 3M Software. Human Resources Administrator - Intern

Grow 3 Ltd (Consulting firm) / London / September 2017 till February 2018

• As a HR intern my responsibilities were to conduct administrative tasks of starter and leaver processes including offer letters, scheduling induction processes, internal communication (e.g. to set up or disable IT account), verifying immigration documentation, and scheduling exit interviews.

• Worked in partnership with the HR Manager to ensure data records are consistently and accurately maintained for Payroll. Also supported the implementation of HR Systems; to enter data and maintain employee information accordingly. Prepared all reference requests and liaised with external companies.

• For recruitment I was responsible for posting job adverts, first round application screening, scheduling interviews, sourcing new recruiters. For benefits administration, I conducted on boarding, interim changes and off boarding.

• Also responsible for responding to ad hoc requests, providing general administration support to the HR manager as required. Through this internship I gained analytical skills, attention to detail and improved my leadership, teamwork, flexibility and communication skills.
