Prepare presentations and charts in PowerPoint, Word and Excel and takes care of all administrative duties (typing, scanning, photocopying, etc.)
Communicate in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the company such as clients, markets and senior executive leadership.
Maintain good client relationships by directing calls and service inquiries to proper parties, both internally and externally, and take accurate messages.
Compose and type correspondence, memos, presentations, policy wordings, confidential materials, etc. as and when required.

Make travel arrangements for Senior Executives, utilizing the in house travel agency and obtaining appropriate travel authorizations.
Prepare Travel and Expense Reports.
Read and route incoming mail.
Maintain and manage calendar in Microsoft Outlook, including heavy coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries.
Initiate, establish, and communicate department meetings.
Maintain database information, such as mailing lists, market lists, etc. in applicable format.
File correspondence and other records.
May provide direction to other administrative employees.
Assist the team with record keeping (attendance and time tracking)
