Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from a 4-year accredited University

-Provide written, oral and online interpreter services to Worker’s Compensation Claimants at Hospitals, Doctor’s offices, Physical Therapy Clinics. Knowledge of the Medical Community in Sarasota.

-3 years Tele-sales in a call center environment.

-Handled all calls professionally, efficiently, and with the highest regard to quality.

-Provided excellent Customer Service to all (internal and external customers) while using listening skills, showing compassion and demonstrating a willingness to help.

-5+ yrs of Medicare and Health insurance selling experience

-3 years of business-to-business outside sales experience.

-1 on 1 Financial advising, sales and service experience.

-Working knowledge/exposure to insurance (ex: life, Health and disability insurance)

-Ability to create relationships via communication and interpersonal skills. Including both face to face and telephone interactions. Past experience making cold calls, visiting customers in their homes, and establishing rapport.

-I have developed the Ability to learn and comprehend complex medical and scientific information.

-Verbal proficiency in English and Spanish; ability to understand readily and completely what others convey in the source language; ability to speak and be readily understood in both languages

-Maintain current and competent working knowledge of portfolio of products to educate customer and increase customer’s likeliness to prescribe the product.

-Consistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments.

-Technical aptitude.
