ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Design and Analysis of Bridge Structure, C-D Nozzles, knuckle Joint and Disc Brake

Implemented static structural analysis, transient structural analysis and modal analysis to understand structural integrity of “Bridge structure.”

Engineered an experiment to observe effectiveness of rounded rectangular and rectangular “C-D Nozzles” on engine thrust by identifying pressure, temperature and velocity drop.

Engineered stress and thermal analysis to find out withholding capacity of a prescribed design of “Knuckle Joint”

Designed three different “Disc Brake” variants and optimized best design based on stress, thermal and fatigue Analysis.

Improved heat dissipation - 23%.

Design and Fabrication of Electromagnetic Braking System incorporate with Electronic Brake Force

Electronic Braking System with EBD prototype that can be operate by the help of microcontroller to provide appropriate amount of brake force automatically to brakes at the instance required without driver input.

Microcontroller is used to control the motion of brakes and motor at the time of braking.

The aim of making this type of braking system with EBD is to check how EBD reacts when combined with Electromagnetic brakes and prevent the possible accidents caused due to insufficient amount of brake force required to stop vehicle.

Construction of Aqua Silencer

Designed and manufactured to control the emission and noise without the need of a catalytic converter and its durable compared to the conventional silencer.

More effective in the reduction of emission gases and noise by eliminating the gases with the help activated charcoal and renewable sources of energy.

Permitted emission for a vehicle is 4.5% CO and the result of Aqua silencer gave around 2.82% CO.
