As Divisional President held P&L responsibility for Magellan Health’s $160M business unit that provided behavioral health services to 300+ installations around the globe. Led a team of 1,500 (most with advanced clinical degrees) in 300 locations across 13 countries in the development and execution of organic/inorganic growth strategies that supported the needs of individuals and families dealing with critical behavioral health issues.

Designed the strategy and executed the transformation of Aetna Medicare’s web-based enrollment capabilities that engaged both internal and external assets to reconfigure the infrastructure and user interface.
