Chief Operating Officer

Led the overall strategy development and execution of the company’s planning, global supply chain, operations, customer service, and commercial fulfillment models.

Delivered a successful asset sale of Beanitos, LLC business to The Good Bean in December 2019.

Delivered $1MM operational savings via reduced infrastructure complexity reduction within four months. Identified over $850K in future logistics savings and total of $2MM operational savings within 2019.

Supply Chain Operations General Manager – Active Lifestyle Businesses (2010 – 2015)

Delivered general management and technical leadership for Coca-Cola’s $4.1 billion

acquisition of Glacéau Vitaminwater and Smartwater, Coca-Cola’s largest acquisition at that time. Created the EKOCENTER social enterprise macro operating structure and micro business model development. Developed and led an operational plan through a multi- phase global/virtual project team including strategic partner integration.

Global Supply Chain Optimization Director – Corporate (2007-2010)

Led and delivered global infrastructure capability development in collaboration with company and franchise bottling operations producing savings and cost avoidance in excess of $45MM.

oResults were delivered to 33 bottling operations and over 12 Business Units/Divisions in over 35 countries in a two-year period.

Director Strategic Initiatives – North America Business Unit (2006-2007)

Managed the design, development and implementation of strategic, multi-year supply chain projects with emphasis on operations and manufacturing platforms.

Led large scale complex manufacturing acquisition strategies ($25-$40MM) and due diligence plans in conjunction with the U.S. bottling system/TCCC Global Supply Chain.

Delivered the U.S. national co-manufacturing platform development of over 24 co-packer relationships, contractual agreements, business processes and database solutions to meet the needs of new brand portfolios.

Director Program Management – North America Business Unit (2003-2006)

Led a program management functional unit of five senior project leaders/managers delivering commercialization of over 178 new product and packages and 52 projects that contributed to over $20MM in retail volume growth.

Co-Led the Demand and Supply planning process for the U.S.to include over 300+ product and package innovations.

Accountable for the development of the National Co-Packing Management Office, the

oDesigned the Co-Manufacturing business strategy, and the infrastructure deployment plan within U.S. Supply Chain.

oGuided the capital planning, asset utilization and infrastructure development for the CCNA Supply Chain Operations Infrastructure team.

Identified and established new manufacturing capabilities for the U.S. Led the development of business strategy for the Value Discount Channel and Corporate Donations programs.

Directed a functional unit of 75 resources that delivered annual revenues of $5.2 billion, an operating budget of $1.6 million, and operations functionality for over 10 IT systems.
