Learning all aspects from start to finish of the company and being able to fill in on any position when an employee had to be off or quit.

Started with a receivable of 1.5 million within the 1st year reduced to 96 thousand and currently we stand with a zero balance and everything we do now is COD, which improved cash flow.

Customer Service: Acknowledged customer issues and resolved their problems quickly and efficiently.24-7 customer care. Each customer has different needs and I meet each need for each customer.

Office Manager: Responsible for the day to day operations of the company and all employees. Managing the office and the employees. Detailing each employees schedule and share of work then following through to make sure it is completed.

Payroll Duties: Configure hourly, percentage, mileage, and contract employees, run settlement sheets and paychecks. Run weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. W-2 and 1099. Hiring in all employees.

Load Coordinator: Scheduling appointments. Setting Rates for customers, completing all paperwork for customers and drivers. Dispatching and informing customer and drivers on their loads. Effectively communicated with employees and owners for ensure complete care of all customers.
