DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle entire HR, IR Administration & Compensation and Benefits functions as per the Factories Act & Applicable by local law.
To manage the payroll, Incentives, Bonus, settlements, leave managements across the multiple locations.
Design pay and grading structure arising out of job evaluation process in line with Industry requirements.
To implement and review the incentive schemes / performance targets for respective levels and communicate to the concern HOD’s on a timely manner.
To fulfil the manpower capacity on time through various sources.
To prepare the budget and annual increments for the Group and its subsidiaries with regard to increments and pay out through effective internal/ stakeholders.
To maintain the good relationship between the employee, employers and playing critical role in settlement of various disputes within an organization.
To involve attempts at arriving solutions between the conflicting objectives and values; between profit motive and social gain; between discipline and freedom; between authority and industrial democracy, between bargaining and cooperation, etc.,
