PROJECTS
FABRICATION OF MULTIPURPOSE AGRICULTURAL MACHINE:
Cultivation of any crop involves various steps like field preparation, sowing, irrigation, weed removal, pesticide spraying. Framer has to use various agricultural equipment’s and labors for carrying out these steps.
In order to reduce labor and time, minimize the cost, combining all the individual tools with multipurpose equipment which implements all the farming techniques and specifications scientifically becomes important.
This project work is focused on the fabrication of the machine which can dig the soil, sow the seeds, leveler to close the soil, weed cutter to remove weeds and pump to spray water and pesticides.
Operations like sowing of seeds, sprayer, weed-cutter works with the battery and solar power.
Ploughing, leveling and movement of the machine is controlled manually.
In the field of agriculture vehicle, a concept is been developed to investigate if multiple purpose operated small machine could be more efficient than large tractors and traditional human forces.
Keeping the above ideology in mind, a unit with the following feature is designed.
The multipurpose machine consist of the main frame, adjustable handle, 12v battery, solar panels, DC motor, drive wheels, seed hopper, seed metering disc, seed tube, plough, leveler, sprayer, water or pesticide container.
