Responsible for selling books by providing exceptional customer service that ensures sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. Greeted and establish rapport with customers, proactively engaging them in conversations about our products, services and promotions to determine their needs and to recommend the right products. As a bookseller, I receive many advanced reader copies (ARC), from many publishers, of varying popularity and genres. Organized, maintained, and regularly updated the extensive choral library. Introduced a new numbering system and uploaded the digital library catalogue for greater accessibility. Served as the Tenor section leader in the Chancel Choir as well as participating in the faith community and Choir standard improvements.

Recruited and managed a team of 25 volunteer student writers and contributors of all topics, genres and interests. Gave advice and writing tips to writers who were tasked with writing at least one article a week. Edited, corrected, and collaborated all final drafts before being published on the website.
