Responsible for selling books by providing exceptional customer service that ensures sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. Organized, maintained, and regularly updated the extensive choral library. Introduced a new numbering system and uploaded the digital library catalogue for greater accessibility. Recruited and managed a team of 25 volunteer student writers and contributors of all topics, genres and interests.
