Comforce is a staffing company where they use WAND as their client facing application where all Worker Information will gets stored and the same information will fed over to Peoplesoft through Integration, also every worker submits their timecards from WAND which will be transferred over to Peoplesoft. Comforce uses PeopleSoft HCM to process worker Info & Timecard info to create worker Onboarding and to process payroll. Worker On-boarding process to create Employees personal Data, Employee Tax,Job and direct deposit information. Timecard information fed over to Payroll system to create pay sheet and pay Employees as well.

Responsibilities:

•Worked on AGILE Environment – Participated in the Project planning session for Estimating of the time and resources for executing the test cases.

•Tested the application under Scrum (Agile) Methodology

•Create QA sizing estimated based on the changes to the web services for the scope defined in a particular release cycle

•Worked with ADMIN team to make sure Integration points are configured in QA Instance

Also developed Custom promotion and performance appraisal modules. NSE was implementing LDAP Authentication process as well.

Responsibilities:

•Customized various Records, Pages and Components according to the Business requirement using application designer.

•Involved in writing People code programs to implement the business rules and data validations as per the requirements.
