Lead consistent results through strategic goal development and implementation.

Notable Achievements include: Developed all pricing strategies as well most marketing offers that resulted in 10 straight years of over 3% comp sales reaching as high as 8%. Instrumental in delivering major cost savings by negotiating contracts for frames, lenses, logistics, and supplies achieving as much as a 20% reduction. Maintained Industry leading payroll expense by developing innovative controls and management tools. Consistently delivered industry leading customer service by developing a culture that embodied a “WOW” philosophy driving to a 4.75 google star rating across 200 stores hitting an average of over 100 reviews per unit in 1.5 years. Rolled out many initiatives from defining our culture to implementing a micro-learning platform. Full P&L control, of up to 50mm in sales and up to 500 people. Territory Director is responsible for all store Operations in a Super Optical environment. Instrumental in growth from 30 units to 72 units and 14 Lasik Vision Centers. Drove consistent increases in comp sales between 8-10% each year while instituting processes and procedures that standardized operations allowing for rapid expansion. Developed and instituted training systems, standardized store level operations, recruiting, logistics, Human Resources, company policies, quality standards, sales techniques.

Notable Achievements include: Defined and standardized store Level Operations allowing for rapid expansion and better management. Achieved comp sales of 8% to 10% each year. Opened over 20 units personally. Developed the employee training program. Instituted a Manager Bonus program that drove per unit cost down by 5% and comp sale up 10% for the year it was instituted. Defined and implemented a field leadership team. Lead company in profitability 4 years in a row. Developed and instituted the “Frame Service Plan” (still in use today).
