Project: King Abdullah Financial District

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Client: RIC

Description: One of the most existing projects in Kingdom ambitious & memorable and that represent adding a very important economic sector & urban development of world class city of Riyadh which was at the same time is the most important PPA projects, the owner of the project, which was run by the overseeing its inception through its investment arm of a company pioneering investments. Construction of this huge complex under way in full swing on PPA along the King Fahd Road north of Riyadh on an area of around 1.6 million square meters.

Project: Royal Jordanian Aircraft Maintenance Hangar

Description: Aircraft maintenance facility for the Royal Jordanian Airlines located within the boundaries of Queen Alia Airport on a land area of approximately 35,000 m2. Project total built up area approximately 23,855 m2. Project comprised of:

Steel structure aircraft maintenance hangar of approximate dimensions (84 m x 94 m) and 25.5 m height

A multi-use building attached with hangar main building consists of engineering offices, technical rooms, cafeteria and mosque comprised of four floors with gross area per Floor 1380

Two story adjacent shops and stores building with gross area per floor 2,010 m2; this building Shall be structurally designed for future vertical extension of one extra floor

Engines maintenance workshop attached with Hangar main building with total built-up area 1,100 m2

Two story materials store building for storage purpose with gross area per floor 2,010 m2 will be Next to the Hangar; the structure and foundation shall be designed considering a third story
