SouthLand Concrete (Aug 2009 to May 2010)
Enforced compliance with OSHA standards dealing with but not limited to 1926 “OSHA standards for the Construction Industry”. Wrote and implemented Job Hazards Analysis (JHA’s), Weekly tool box talks, Fall Protection, etc. Responsible for projects in excess of $13 Million in concrete and oversaw the safety of 200 employees on a day to day basis. Instructed formal and informal training to new and current employees dealing with OSHA 1926 to ensure that they are knowledgeable of all current standards and regulations.

Served as a journeyman in the installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia area. Responsibilities included installation of piping, sprinkler heads, and associated sprinkler equipment in new and existing commercial buildings.
