Working as kitchen steward in Crowne Plaza Yas Island, Abu Dhabi from November 2014 to till Date.

With the stewarding department mainly responsible for upkeep and cleanliness of the kitchen and service back area.

Responsible for the hygiene and maintenance of the F&B service and kitchen areas complying with Municipality laws of Abu Dhabi.

Responsible for equipment maintenance and support to kitchen operations and service functions.

Responsible for the upkeep of all stores setup and trolley maintenance.

Completing task on time given by the supervisor.

Training experience:

Trained for usages of chemicals used in the hotel in the stewarding department.

Trained and experienced to handle the operations of various equipments like dishwasher vertical/conveyer belt/glass washer/standard machines also families with the uses of burnishing machine, fat tank cleaner, scrubbing machine and various kitchens and stewarding equipments.
