Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving, document imaging and maintenance of document register for Construction Projects and/or Detail Engineering Projects. Maintain and archive Quality Management System

(QMS) records, documents and data. Ensure that all documents are filled systematically, safely and optimally. Receives and registers Client provided document for detail engineering or construction engineering project, including in-house generated document. Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers for detail engineering or construction engineering project. Distribute all documentation to every discipline for their further action. Maintains specifically assigned project databases. Reviewed and trace all the unclosed status of records and follow up with respective discipline in order to close the status. To worked closely with the project team during project development to support and gain understanding of the job scope. Prepares and maintains AFC and As-built photocopy books for detail engineering or construction engineering project, either for in-house use or for onward transmittal to Client during project closeout.
