In the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan I responsible for manage and using solutions from BMC Corporation. This is the solutions of BMC Suit: BMC Discovery ADDM, Remedy SmartIT, MyIT, ITSM Suite, TrueSight Capacity Optimization. Day to day IT requirements of the company such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advice. Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications.


Leading and mentoring the Technical Support Team, performing scheduled staff reviews, communicating and adhering to new procedures, policies and goals. Monitoring incident queues and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality control to reduce errors to improve procedures via BMC MyIT. We use BMC Discovery to find network equipment like computers, network printers, servers, switches and other devices connected to the network for the monitoring the configurations, changes, making reports of the software installed on the hosts. Periodically, this system generates reports on configurations and device changes that helps to track any changes to these devices. Working effectively with other teams implementing strategies to increase profitability, productivity and overall client experience. Auditing incidents to ensure accuracy of information. Handling escalated issues from departments. User`s incident requests managed by Remedy MyIT portal. Our Helpdesk team specialists created and integrated knowledge base to MyIT portal, thus users can resolve some incidents by themselves. The knowledge base is constantly updated by IT administrators and Helpdesk staff. Responsible Design and implement BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite with outsourcing company to manage IT processes such as Change Management, Asset Management, Contract Management, Knowledge Management, Release Management, Problem Management, License Management and the main Administrator Console of Remedy system.

I was responsible virtual environment (vSphere and Hyper-V) platforms. Main duty was implement central Backup system. Designed and implemented Symantec Backup Exec 2015, installed and configured read only domain controller in branch office. Duties:

Design and Implement clustered Hyper-V and windows 2012R2 servers, install and configure HA Proxy on Centos 7, install and configure HP MSA 2040 storage and build cluster VMware VSphere (ESXi 6.0) virtual environment within DRS, VDP, Fault Tolerance features, HA Clustering in EMC Documentum project. Upgrade all Windows sever editions to latest version Windows server 2012R2 Implementation and troubleshooting of various backup systems Acronis, Windows server backup, Symantec Backup. Administration of Active Directory, DNS, DFS, RDS, WDS, WSUS, Print server, Group Policy. Migrated Domain Controllers 2008R2 to 2012R2

Design, implement virtual environment (VMware vSphere 6.0) within HP C7000 blade server and HP MSA 2040 Storage in main site and 2 DR geographical locations.
