Responsible in making the reports and managing them.

Making Copies of Proposal & Submitting to Client.

Handling the records and managing the data entered in it.

Recording the orders and services provided to the clients.

Create and Maintain tracker for Drawing approval process and technical submittals.

Scanning and copying contracts, notes and other documents.

Scanning in all relevant new documents.

Checking dispatch documents are accurate.

Printing out and then distributing information.
