Sr. Piping Designer

Presently working in piping engineering for Feed and detail engineering and Design for Petrochemical, Oil and Gas field services. Clients – ADNOC, Abu Dhabi. Key Role in Project –

Leading the detail designing and engineering work of the Oil well head piping for Buhasa oil field.

Developed the detail designing and engineering work of new PSV installation Platform in line with existing Flare facility to release excessive Pressure in Production headers inside CDS Plant at Buhasa site.

Responsible to develop piping Layout as per P&ID for submission.

MA’ADEN Mines, Saudi Arabia It was a Greenfield project, to develop detail engineering for Treated Water facility from Taif to Ma’aden Mine Site. Key Role in Project –

We provided Support to BAM for detailed engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Piping) for Gas Pipeline from Loading Arm to designated Tie in points to the Jordanian National Nature gas network. Key Role in Project – It was very challenging task for designing & engineering point of view due to complex slurry piping, space constrains/limits as well as Process requirement.

Lead this project with group of juniors Designer.

Develop Equipment modeling and Nozzles orientation drawing.

Independently developed complete complex piping Layout as per process P&ID from Filtration area (Train –A/B/C) to common storage area.

Complex slurry piping (approx. 95 %) of entire piping routing scope.

Conducted site visits to determine Tie In locations and feasibility, existing systems with new scope.
