Oversee all new Ceilings capabilities and complex projects including Wood and Metal ceilings, Tectum panels, Standard Acoustical and Wall panels, Specialty and Insul Quilt.

Hire, train and mentor Ceilings field personnel

Implement all initial internal division policies and communications

Create and track all acoustical budgets, change orders and ROMS in Plexis software

Manage and prepare all aspects of construction project estimating, budgeting and pricing

Maintain a thorough understanding of the projects scope of work, timing, and budget restrictions
