1976-1980 Practiced solo family practice was a part-time teacher in the department of Family Medicine in Canada
1980-1989 Solo Family Practice

Examiner for Disability Determination Section for several years (under Ed Anderson)
1980-1989 I worked part-time for the Erlanger Hospital Emergency Room-PAC Clinic, as well as the Emergency Room at
East Ridge Hospital.
1989-1990 Became Medical Director for Chattanooga Centra Care Clinics, until they were made profitable enough to be sold.
1990-1999 I was given the opportunity to move to Nashville at the Harding Place Centra Care and worked there until I moved
to Hermitage Baptist Centra Care in September 1997. In
1999 my center was closed along with several others.
1990-2000 Worked at Primary Care and Pain Relief Centers as a staff physician.
2000 to Aug 2019 Medical Director and later Family Practice and Active Interventional Pain physician at Spectrum Pain Clinics for 19 years.
Aug 2019 to present staff physician at Lincoln Tree Medical Clinic in Manchester TN
In all of these facilities, the typical acute problems treated included colds, sore throats such as strep and mono, bronchitis, asthma flare ups, conjunctivitis, otitis media and external, lymphadenitis, exzema, psoriasis, arthralgia, contusions, fractured digits, sub unfurl hematomas, abdominal pain, constipation or diarrhea, muscle strain, abscess drainage, I&D of hemorrhoids, laceration repair, removal of sutures, drainage of knees, antibiotic injection, blood draw when nurses could not get the blood, removal of lost condom or tampoon, removal of foreign bodies from ears or nose in children, etc
Chronic conditions treated included: hypertension, diabetes mellitus, COPD, hyperlipidemia, angina, chronic dermatitis, anemia, depression, anxiety, PTSD along with a psychiatrist for follow up maintenance,
