Polypropylene Malaysia Sdn Bhd., (PETRONAS Group) Rota slit project Installation and commissioning – this project installed for automotive additive dumping inline with polypropylene product operations. The machine from Palamatic UK. This project consists of in-feed conveyor, screw conveyor, bag slitting, dust collection system etc., 6. MPI Polyester Industries Sdn. Bhd.,

PET Sea Bulk Container Loading (22tons/hr) System start up Co-ordination – this system installed for loading PET material into sea bulk container from product silo, this project worked along with Coperion engineers. This system includes 40HP blower, heat exchanger, rotary valve, PLC based mass flow meter, diverter valve, 6” SS piping system and structure etc.,

Project: Berstorff Compounding Extrusion Line with upstream & downstream equipment Installation supervision on Berstorff compounding extrusion Line ZE 50 & ZE 25, Co ordinate with Berstorff Engineer for commissioning- black conductive compound Installation of upstream: - LIW Feeders from Brabender 1.Material (PC), 2.additive (HDPE), 3.Carbon, 4. Installation of downstream:- blending silo with Auto loader for cyclone blending after classifier, 25kgs bagging system consists of auto loader, vibro feeder, metal detector, deduster, bagging automation system etc., 2. 3M Malaysia Berhad,

Project 1: Installation & commissioning of Waste trim line for tape extrusion Equipment consist of dust collector, centrifugal blower for vacuum, granulator, separator, chopper, aluminium ducting line to 4 extruders for 20 mtrs apprx, structural platform for chopper and separator. All the waste trim from 4 extrusion lines sucked by vacuum into centralized ducting, cut as strips at chopper, at the separator, vacuum air and waste strips separated and feed to granulator, after grind, inline vacuum system transfer the regrind to Gaylord.

Project 2: Centralized conveying system, triple screw feed and mixing system, vibro separation system and dehumidifying system
