The new system Troveris, which will be leased to HCSC by Healthcare Recoveries, Inc., has enhanced functionality to provide HCSC with the ability to increase the number of active Reimbursement/Subrogation cases, ultimately increasing recovery dollars. In first phase (called dual process) both the systems will be active, later, the ARMS system will be retired.

Consulted with functional business areas to determine technical solutions. Created RTM (requirement traceability matrix).

Set up use cases, diagrams and documentation as input to test resources.

IMS database was converted into DB2 database.
