Designed, developed, and delivered an adoption-focused change management strategy (Prosci, CAP, and ADM) containing change management detailed workplan, stakeholder and impact assessments, and business readiness. Strategies also included training and communications strategies incorporating skill gap analysis and user needs analysis.
Selected Contributions for 2017-2019:
Implemented training, mentoring, and communication programs at 400 sites representing thousands of users. Training assessments revealed that 80% of learners felt prepared for program implementation.
Cultivated 98% user adoption by improving employee capabilities through detailed training curriculum based on skills gap analyses. Developed and facilitated a 70/20/10 blended (i.e. instructor led, eLearning, and one-on-one training) adult learning curriculum.
