Capability Lead Project & Assignment Description

As Hostcentric Subject Matter Expert for Midrange and Capability Lead for Hostcentric Community of Practice, Ernie drives Sales Enablement Dimension where Proof of Concept on Hostcentric Technologies need to be executed and showcased to support Philippines and India opportunities.

Ernie was able to successfully deliver Capability Building project and act as Project Manager in procurement of 1st Accenture Philippines’ AS400 Machine and setup the environment from scratch for Training and Capability building purposes following ITIL concept. The Machine was fully utilized and built also for Virtual Development Environment for RPG Project which cover 20% of the Machine ROI in the first month out of 3 years ROI plan.

Role: Assistant Manager of the Caterpillar IO project. I'm also the team lead and supervisor of the AS400 Admin team.
