I was employed in the public sector for 20 years, first as an assistant for an attorney, second for the City of Rialto. With this experience I know the importance of confidentiality, and how to work with the residents/public.

As an office assistant for the City of Rialto Purchasing Department, I entered all purchase orders, set-up and maintained the inventory of all city vehicles, eventually reading contracts and purchasing supplies for the entire city.

After accepting a position of Storekeeper in the Public Works Department a, I continued to maintain the records for the city vehicles, inventory and dispatch for the city garage.

Employed by American Land Lease, The Reserve at Fox Creek, for seven years as the Activities Director. I assisted the community manager, Yolanda Richardson, with the sales of the homes after acquiring my sales license and as a resident for fifteen years, I was in close contact with the residents.

As Storage Distribution Specialist my duties consist of:

Prepare requisition for Public Works and City Garage

Prepare requisitions for Blanket Purchase Orders

Contact Vendors for bids, prices/quotes, descriptions, availability and delivery

Returns and related information; follow up

Assign account/purchase order number to invoices for payment

Cover the front reception desk

Receive complaints/concerns from Residents

Receive request from the various department and residents for necessary repairs

Dispatch field/contact other agencies and departments to report concerns; follow up

Prepare surplus vehicles for auction

Prepare spread sheets for fuel usage/cost for Accounts Payable

Register new vehicles at the Department of Motor Vehicles
