OBJECTIVES :

Seeking a Waiter job position in a hotels and Restaurants with a dynamic challenging environment where I shall have the opportunity to utilize my skills and knowledge experience.

A self motivated professional Waiter with 7years experience in hospitality industry and Food and beverage services

Duties & Responsibities

●Look at the guest into their eyes and create an eye to eye contact and smile for the guest

●Greets guest and offer them seat and presents them with the menu.

●Inform guest about any special items for the day and menu changes if any.

●Suggest food and beverage s to the guest and also try to upsell.

●Take beverages and food order from the guests and enter order into the POS SYSTEM,and forward it to the kitchen and serving the order on timely and professional manner.

●Communicate with the guest and provide assistance for their’s inquiry

●Co-ordinate with the cashier, kitchen staffs, bar staffs to ensure smooth operation .

●Serves food and beverages to the guests as per the course of order.

●Observe guests to ensure their’s satisfaction with food and beverages.

●Promtly respond to the guest additional request. desserts,removing plates, glasses and cups.

●Average knowledge in hot drinks such as Tea,Coffee,

●Making fresh fruit juices and cocktail.

WORKING EXPERIENCE :

5 Years Captain waiter/Waiter service experience in Bait Al Mandi Restaurant Dubai

1 Year waiter / server experience in Charriott hotel Cameroon

1 Year waiter / server experience in Ayaba Hotel Cameroon

●Diploma and other courses certification

●Some Training in Customer service

●Food safety and food poisoning by Dubai Municipality .

●Good Communication skills.
