EXPERIENCE

Sprouts Farmers Market Head Cashier April 2019- Present

At sprouts I started as a regular cashier and within six months I had got a promotion to a Head Cashier (Shift leader). As a Head Cashier I handled Cash and card transaction, handled customer complaints and used excellent customer service while on a register. Also, at night, I closed down cash drawers, counting all the money and putting them in their correct places for the next morning. I have gotten two rewards while I was working there as Safety caption of the month and also team member of the month.

Rollin’ Oats Café & Market Cashier May 2016- April 2019

At Rollin’ Oats I started in the Café helping the customers, rotating product, dating food and stocking shelves. I also helped cook the food for the hot case and did monthly inventory of the café. In 2017 I had been moved to the register where that I learned more customer service skills and cash and card transactions.
