Strictly follow up and chase the site staffs to manage the day to day maintenance works and complete the project works as per target program and in budget cost.

Initiate procurement activities for the purchase of spares that are needed

Arranging and forecasting of manpower,materials,tools,and machineries as per project requirement.

Handling responsibilities of new projects and maintenance of existing MEP works for buildings,villas,shops.

Coordinate with the consultants,contractors and sub-contractors.

Handle responsibilities of developing drawings, preparing technical documents and reviewing supplier design.

Maintain and perform repair on all refrigeration equipments and perform troubleshoot on all HVAC equipments and perform all repairs of coolers.

Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
