I perform a needs assessment, construct measurable outcomes, design a scenario or case to provide the context for the simulation, and use various types of fidelity to create the required perception of realism. I conduct prebriefings, facilitate the simulation, conduct a debriefing following the simulation experience and evaluate the simulation experience of the participants in terms of meeting the identified objectives and outcomes.

I provided consultation and mental health services to airline personnel following aviation accidents. Service rendered included critical incident stress debriefing, defusing, teaching the Basic Group Critical Incident Response Class, Peer Support Class and Listening Skills Class. Airlines served include: Air New Zealand, Alaska, Hawaiian, American, American Eagle, Delta, Comair, Fed-Ex, Southwest, US Airways, United, Frontier and Northwest Airlines. Contracted Mental Health Professional by the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA) and worked with the accident investigation team following airline accidents/incidents/disasters.

I provided consultation services to businesses, hospitals and schools following traumatic events. I assisted with the training and development of teams to respond in case of emergency. Major events I have responded to the Columbine shooting, Hurricane Andrew, Hurricane Katrina, Oklahoma City Bombings, TWA Flight 800 and the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
