DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Filing a copy from all the requstions and
make sure about all of it to be signed
according to the procedure.
-Organize the store according to the main
basic of storage(FiFo) and accoding to the

goods in the stores.
● -Prepare monthly report of slow and stop
moving items .
● -Prepare the monthly request of all stores
according to the consumption and occupancy.
● -check about the cleanness of all the
stores,cold rooms and freezers.
● -contact the purchasing department to follow
up the requests according to the needs and
-Ability to protect materials
from losses and damages.
-Ability to minimize the
storage costs of materials.
