Keeping a track on the Banquet & ODC food for minimize of wastage of food.
Keeping the food cost in budgeted with continuous help of cost controller
Checking of daily sales report (Item wise) & issue report for the better controls over the kitchen variance.
Keeping the periodical visit in buffet for better presentation & maintain the optimal standard in buffet operation.
Making the kitchen closing & prepare the store indent with reference of stock in hand.
