Guided supply chain assets of two plant consolidations and a $6 Million major account into Sleepy Eye resulted in increase of EBIDTA of $4.0 million.

Initiated strategic global sourcing of raw material and logistics from Asia, reducing costs by approximately $400,000.

Defined strategic business model for price, service, and quality, allowing department heads in production control, purchasing, warehouse, and distribution to make more accurate and timely decisions.

Integrated vendor management into internal kanban and external JIT inventory process. This improved cash flow management, lowered stock-outs, decreased production cycle times, and created a pull / demand flow process.
