Coordinate with Client, Consultant and Sub Contractors for smooth progress of the Project completion.

Handling Testing and Commissioning for all services.

Coordinate with other Services for Completion of the Project in time.

Maintain all submittal and approval process.

Monitor Sub Contractor activities on site concerning technical and contractual compliance.

Discuss with Sub Contractor all interrelated construction functions including materials, equipment and construction sequence.

Communicate directly with Sub Contractor and Client to coordinate activities on routine matters.
