Food and Beverage manager at Tundra Lodge Hotel And Conference Center Water park Green Bay Wisconsin- 2017 to present

I manage our entire food and beverage staff four different areas located inside the hotel. Banquets with 10+ staff members, polar bear is our pub located in the waterpark with 4 staff members, Caribou our main restaurant with 10+ staff members, also Yukon Jaxs our main bar with 3 staff members. I handle scheduling for all food and beverage outlets, I place orders for beverage products, I hire new staff members and train them in our food and beverage outlets, I put together all cleaning duties for staff members in all outlets, I handle payroll with adp, and enter taxable tips, I enter billing for banquet events. I work with the food and beverage director and our executive chef to make menu changes as well as any other changes needed to be made in food and beverage.

I manage our banquet events which includes anything from weddings to birthdays to business meetings. I also supervise our banquet bar; our restaurant, the hotels main bar, and our concession stand in our waterpark. I put our BEO's orders in for the week and then schedule staff according to the size of the event. I train new banquet servers when they are hired on. I set up and direct our monthly meetings for all the banquet staff. I also do the billing for the events.

I was born and raised in our family farm, for the last 25years I have learned that hard work goes along way. If I am giving any task I will learn what needs to be done and complete the task with in a timely matter. I have picked up skills from working on the farm, like working with tools and machinery. I have cash handling, computer, POS system, and great customer service experience. I am a mother of 1 child who is now 15 years old. I am looking for full time work with benefits and a change in my career.
