Procurement Warehouse Reordering

The bot is designed using UiPath to automate the Warehouse Reordering process for the refineries. The Originator-Buyer combinations will be provided through the excel sheet located on the shared drive.

This process deals with generating the purchase order for the Woods Cross Refinery, updating the PO with relevant information and emailing the unfinished PO to the supplier. The process starts by loading the Originator-Buyer combinations to the queue. Then generate purchase order for each record in the queue and also email any business rule errors while generating the purchase order. Once purchase orders are generated the process adds comments and documents to each purchase order created and the purchase order PDF generated is emailed the supplier and the buyer.

Interaction Console Softphone call verification

The bot is designed using Blue Prism to login to XCT Interactive Console UI and make outbound calls for testing the soft phone system. Outbound calls will be provided through excel sheet which will be located on the shared drive.

Bot starts by loading the excel into the queue. Launch and log into the application. On the landing page checks the status field is “Not Ready”. Select the input number text box and type the 10 digit number. Make the call and see if the call is connecting. Once the connection is established shows a timer with text as talking. Record the starting end time of the call in the queue and status as Success or Failed.

Bot is desiged to support the Contact Center NICE Recording - Archival Verification Process in Enterprise Contact Technologies for monitoring the calls received or made by the contact center associates.

Bot starts by reading then input logger file kept in the shared path. Launches the NICE application and runs the three predefined queries for each row of the input file. From the query results Bot performs the below check:

●No call records in last 15 minutes

●All call records of valid type

●All call records are archived

●All call records are mapped to valid operator

●Any exception calls

If any of the check fails bot notify the process owner with the input logger details and the check results. This will repeat until the Bot checksfor all the input loggers.

Project Details

Bot - Managed Account Supervision

The main purpose of this automation is to assist team in reviewing managed account paperwork. Originally, advisors open account as brokerage account which gets converted into managed account based on the review of documents by bot.

Applications used:

●FBSI: Fidelity back office mainframe system.

●BPM: Business process manager.

●Envestnet

The bot starts its work by picking work items from the BPM queue and transferring it to BP queue taking 20 items at a time. After the BP queue is loaded, it launches BPM again and checks if the record is a valid for processing and then retrieves the work Item Number and proposal Id. Thereafter, bot works in FBSI application to retrieve data from different menus for that account number. Using account number captured in BPM, it accesses FBSI field “MNGD ACCT”; and depending upon “Yes/No” goes to next step. After that, it goes in envestnet and fetches details from there, checks those details. Then based on FBSI screen, checks existence of the restriction codes. Finally, based on the outcome of previous steps, marks item as deferred, exception or completed.

Bot - Wire Processing - send domestic, international, and book transfer wires

The purpose of the project is to automate Wire Processing process in the Advisor Desktop and Front Office Wire Initiation system (FWI) applications. Wire request is received from Advisor desktop’s “FWI- Bot queue”, the virtual analyst will pick the request from this queue and key in the wire in FWI system following the business logic corresponding to the wire type. Once wire request is successfully completed, the Virtual analyst will attach the wire receipt in FWI system and mark the transaction complete to trigger an alert for wire initiator informing him/her that the wire request has been successfully keyed in in FWI. VA will also trigger alerts in form of emails upon encountering any known or unknown exception which is/are either out of VA’s capacity to resolve or it has already exhausted the re-attempts to resolve. The automation will be done using the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool called Blue prism. The resulting automation will efficiently perform the Wire Processing process in aforesaid applications.

AOM Generates account number, sets up account in SEI and submit IT portal request for PWM, F&E and Processes Account maintenance requests submitted via a web form. Account Opening via NAO (part of account opening and maintenance process) automation solution is provided for the SunTrust client using RPA technology via Blue Prism. The Account Opening and Maintenance process RPA robot will receive three types of requests: (1) NAO/OZ, (2) sub account opening web forms, and (3) maintenance web forms. Depending on the instructions received in the request, the RPA robot will perform at least one of these steps:

Request for change is a web and windows application automation which deals with excel and pdf. The users require to submit their request to change in any application within SunTrust via an excel sheet which will act as the input for the bot. The excel sheet will pull the information and update the website after login. Once it updates the system with the required information it will wait for confirmation from the user. After it receives authorization it will proceed and fetch the required files from a windows application. After which the bot submits the request to the authority required. After receiving the authorization, it converts it to a pdf and sends it to the user’s email calculating from the first name and last name from the input provided.

Manage My Patient (MMP)

MMP application is web application for Doctor’s Office to manage the patient portal and insurance claim. MMP has three main sections. First section is Patient Login where only registered user can login and make, cancel, reschedule appointment 24 hours day 7 days a week or Modify information like address change, telephone change, etc. He can pay online once he gets his appointment confirmed for a date and time. Second section is the doctor login which displays information about doctor, contact information, etc. Third section is admin login where only authorized staff can login.
