Project Manager April 2015 – September 2015

Successfully orchestrated and implemented the full E2E on-boarding of client applications.

Trained and educated the client on storage virtualization and data masking offerings and demonstrated the benefits yielded like storage savings and regulatory compliance.

As part of the Test Environment Transformation program, I managed/performed/reduced, application incidents focused on top 20 identified issues.

Ran “health” remediation initiatives for DB applications that focused on: Access Mgmt, DR compliance, Technology Roadmap Compliance, Capacity Mgmt, SLA definition, Incident/Problem Resolution, etc.

Reduced application maintenance costs by $1 M by decommissioning unused infrastructure.

Created/collaborated on project charter, along w/ other program documentation, for Operational Excellence 2.1 Program whose focus was to save 15MM EURO by optimizing the testing environments within Deutsche Bank.

Managed & collaborated on various sub-streams of OpEx 2.1 that focused on delivering On Demand virtual environments; create solution that provides/manufactures testing data for time to market demand and building E2E managed UAT environments for specific business processes.

Managed and worked directly w/ the Application groups and the vendor (Delphix), to implement and optimize the physical storage reduction while simultaneously creating virtual storage databases, which generated substantial savings in Run-the-Bank as well as optimizing the resource allocation of all DBA/similar requestors.

Managed the E2E lifecycle of hundreds of applications that required mitigation of risk and compliance requirements, by offering “sanitized” test data provisioning, thus adhering to compliance standards.

Fostered and maintained relationships between Business Technology Groups and Infrastructure build teams for all projects within the Global Rates, Currencies and Commodities and various other Capital Markets groups.
