Compile Design Change information from design departments and Site Instruction / Design Change Notification to calculate the Cost Impact which have been actually worked at site.

Liaise with site team / design team and review & compare construction issue information with Design Change Notification to track variances and report on cost implications.

Calculate the Project quantities (take-offs) based on ‘For Construction” information.

Monitoring weekly/monthly work progress at site and updating the actual work completed quantities.

Preparation of the month end reports like Productivity report and Forecast report for Block works and Plastering works etc. for the commercial Dept.

Checking the measuements for RCC and Shuttering quantities with the help of approved drawings (using Autocad) for each R.A.Bills and also checking the BBS.

Preparation of Tender Documents and Work orders with BOQ.
