X. MAJOR ACIEVEMENTS DURING THE TENURE AS PRINCIPAL

1.AICTE approval for MCA programme under self-financing scheme.

2.Construction of a separate MCA block at the estimate cost of Rs. 32 lakhs in an area of 2.5 acres in the college campus as per the norms of AICTE, New Delhi.

3.Further affiliation to B.Sc., Microbiology course under self-financing scheme.

4.Conduct of two National level National Integration Camps in which 250 NSS youth from 26 Universities all over India participated. The financial assistance was obtained from the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

5.Construction of a new ladies hostel at the estimate cost of Rs. 16 lakhs from UGC grant under Women Development Scheme.

6.Construction of a new student rest room at the estimate cost of Rs. 10 lakhs from IX plan UGC grant.
