Develop and Implement Recruitment and Selection process in order to have an efficient and cost effective system. Providing and arranging for proper Induction to the new joiners into the system to give them a better understanding and feel of the organizational culture and make them feel easy to be into the system.

Issuing offer Letters and maintaining the photocopy of their document for our record purpose. Hold credential in preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Promotion Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, Warning Letters, Termination Letters, and Full & Final Settlement. Joining Formalities of the new joiners. Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal file.

Administration activities such as staff accommodation, transport facilities and locker facilities.

Payroll Administration using (IDS) & Attendance Software (BIO MATRIX)

Handling. Maintaining HR MIS reports on a regular basis.

Taking Exit-Interview and issuing reliving letters & full and final statement of existing employees. Analyzing attrition rate and the other reason associated with that on quarterly basis and Minimizing attrition rate by various employee motivational techniques.

Welfare – Staff engagement activities, formed committees for various HR tasks and mentored their progress and organizing corporate social responsibility activities.
