Project comprise of 3-major Towers, Sky Bridge connecting the high-rise towers of 42 and 33 floors and Podium block with a setback to podium boundaries. The towers compromise of 2- five-star hotel “ADDRESS” & 2- four Star hotel – DOUBLE TREE (Hilton). Podium comprise of 2- podium blocks are linked by underground tunnel on Radial Spine along with public facilities such as Malls, Services, Hotel lobbies, basement parking’s & U/G water tanks. Sky Bridge links the twin towers of “ADDRESS”.

Responsibilities:

Diligently Implement, maintain and improve Project Quality Management System (QMS) Procedures, effective and efficient management of project Quality Management System processes in a systematic manner to consistently achieve planned results.

Conduct Site Inspection / walk through to monitor work in progress for compliance with Specification and design / shop drawings, report any non-compliance standard procedures for necessary actions and advise site team for any defects / non-compliance.

Team up with shop drawing technical review and involve and advise on Value Engineering if needed.

Lead the quality team in the project since the commencement of the project.

Receive and log Request for Inspections (RFI’s) to process it through during the same day.

Coordinate and perform site and material receipt inspection. Verify work activities for compliance with QMS and Inspection Test Plan for review and introspection to assure work activity and material is ready for final consultant inspection.

Raise RFI for materials received and coordinate with client for inspection / test and final acceptance.

Records Test Reports and Witnesses test report as required in the project such as Concrete sampling, field density test, Marble Testing etc.

Third Tower is 4-star Marriot Hotel. Huge Retail podium “Old Souk” -12 floors connecting with Khalifa street steel bridge. Responsibilities:

Review Contract Specifications and drawings identify product criteria and prepare required checklist for inspection and testing.
